This recipe for fudge candy is just like Grandma used to make in an easy recipe the whole family will love. This simple dessert recipe makes 117 pieces, so it's a good recipe when you have company coming over with lots to spare. With ingredients like cocoa powder, marshmallow cream, and peanut butter it has a creamy, sweet flavor to enjoy.
When you use cocoa powder in dessert recipes, you are getting a little-added nutrition as it contains minerals to include calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, potassium, sodium, and zinc. All of these minerals are found in greater quantities in cocoa powder than they are found in both cocoa liquor and cocoa butter. The peanut butter used in this recipe for fudge adds a bit of protein to the recipe.
